about the company

Our client is a well known pharmaceutical company. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Regional HRIS Project Manager (Workday) to lead in the project implementation.

about the job

You will play a key role in the implementation of Workday and lead the project from end-to-end. This includes but is not limited to:

  • managing a project team and project resources
  • designing and developing the project, such as timeline, expectations, requirements
  • planning and ensuring that deliverables are met within the timeline
  • using appropriate tools and techniques to facilitate the processes
  • managing communication with internal and external stakeholders across the region
  • analysing data and processes for improvements, identify risks and management plan

skills and experience required

  • Track record in leading regional or global HRIS projects, specifically the implementation of Workday
  • Experienced in project and stakeholder management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Adaptable, able to work in fast pace environment with ambiguity

other information

  • This is a 1 year contract role, yearly renewable depending on project and business needs
  • Entitled to permanent employee benefits such as insurance coverage
