Our client is an established manufacturing company, currently recruiting for a Regional HRIS Specialist to join the HR team.

about the job

Reporting to the HR Director, you will support HRIS activities including but not limited to:

Support end to end HRIS implementation and maintenance of HRIS system, such as sourcing for new system to be used in the APAC offices, communicating and understanding user requirements, implementation of system and UAT, go-live and troubleshooting
Manage relationship and work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as HR, IT, project team, and external vendors, ensuing smooth flow of processes
Further process enhancements and improvements

Office location: Central-East, Singapore
Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement
Budget 6k/month + aws + vb
Potential for role development

skills and experience required

Relevant experience in full cycle of HRIS project management from sourcing of systems
Any relevant education and certification in HR systems will be advantageous
Strong analytical, project and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
