about the company
Our Client is one of the most established SAAS provider in their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now looking for a new Regional IT Manager (Helpdesk and infrastructure) to join their team.

about the job

Reporting directly to IT director based in Global IT HQ based out of Asia, your role involves:

  • Managing a lean infrastructure / Service Desk/ End User Computing (EUC) team across APAC. This includes hiring, assigning of work, performance review and etc
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of IT Infrastructure services, ensuring that internal SLA has been met. This includes managing IT Incident, Problem, and change management processes without disruption of service, in compliance with defined IT policies and procedures
  • Managing external vendors , ensuring IT operations/ service level agreement has been adhered to
  • Supporting the business units in definition and implementation of IT solutions. This includes partnering with the senior leadership team from various business units to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation
  • Leading ICT projects. This includes milestone planning and risk management


skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you should have at least 5 years of leadership experience managing a team coupled with at least 8 years of experience in Infrastructure and service desk Support.

Any exposure to interaction with global IT HQ is advantageous to have.
