As a Regional IT Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of digital workspace/offices regionally in SEA
- Managing inhouse or external technicians based here in Singapore
- Ensuring availability for all infrastructure / networks / AV / Video
- Coordinating with existing or new vendors /vendor list across different countries
- Facilitating growth of new offices and new setups across the region (6-8 locations quickly)
- Managing of tech vendors and collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Providing alignment of strategy for future growth, this includes optimization of infrastructure and vendors.
- Being hands on to get things done
Skills and Experience Required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 10 years of experience in an IT Infrastructure/Operations role with strong working knowledge in End user/Service desk support via vendor management. You should also have strong effective communication skills required in a highly dynamic MNC setup.
