Regional Key Account Manager - SEA

about the job

Reporting to the Senior Commerical Lead for Asia & North Asia.

Preparation and execution of the firms sales strategy to deliver executional and financial performance goals for the region and work closely with local domestic teams

Monthly review of all P&L metrics with appropriate planning and interventions put in place to ensure achievement of company goals

Lead the execution of the strategy and agenda on Brand Ambassador efficiency and optimization across all relevant markets, coaching and developing team to lead to brilliant execution of the plan

Support the negotiation trading terms and price negotiations and implement changes with Key Customers

Develop annual in store promotional plans across brand activation platforms, marketing and price investment to deliver on established brand objectives

skills & requirements

  • Highly Entrepreneurial driven role
  • Min. 5 years in Sales & account management experience - FMCG / Beauty / F&B within SEA
  • Experienced in managing distributor partners, retailers and customers in FMCG / Travel retail industry (preferred)
  • travelling up to 30%
