    Summary

    The position of Regional Account Management Executive is to nurture and grow existing regional or strategic accounts within the network. It is a client-facing role which requires both operations knowledge and business development appeal. Managing both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to the success of every project.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage contract renewals and lead-generation from existing customers.
    • Managing RFQs – liaise with multiple countries, prepare proposals, support solutions and implementation.
    • Analyze operations KPI, volume, and P&L data to provide performance insights and gaps.
    • Prepare and lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with customer as required.
    • Assist in Continuous Improvement Programs for local or regional accounts.
    • Internal support for Account Management function (i.e. prepare and conduct workshops, create templates)
    Requirements
    • Trained in project management and have experience in business project implementation
    • Good knowledge and exposure in the supply chain value chain and process related standards
    • Minimum 2 to 3 years of related working experience
    • Operational readiness to travel overseas on short notice
