about the job

Your job scope includes but is not limited to:

  • End to end coordination of training activities for trainers and learners (internal), such as managing of logistics and materials, calendar, LMS data and reports, monitoring of class and attendance, etc
  • Ensure compliance with government and company deadlines and requirements through tracking of training hours and attending to training requests
  • Create newsletters, manage invoices, stakeholders, and budgeting
  • Participate in improvement projects and analysis with L&D Manager

- This is a 1 year contract role, completion bonus may be given based on performance

- Possibility of conversion or extension based on performance

skills and experience required

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in L&D coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, meticulous, able to work independently in fast-paced environment, proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Regional experience will be advantageous
