Assisting in negotiating and drafting of agreements, managing contracts, liaising with the group in managing compliance matters, drafting of legal policies, managing litigation matters such as employment and other contractual disputes. Also giving advise in for matters related to Intellectual Property, and working with external counsels for different legal issues. Advising company in relation to matters related to setting up an entity and also drafting licences for business as well as data privacy matters.

skills and experience required
Min a diploma or degree in law, in house experience in handling commercial contracts would be preferred. Employment background in the retail industry is much preferred but not a must. You can work independently and also a team player.
