- Responsible for the commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of marine generators
- Provide after-sales technical support, site recovery and maintenance responsibilities
- Provide the installation, commissioning and on-site training
- Generate service reports to customers in a systematic manner
- Investigate and handle all customers’ complaints related to product failures
- Investigate root causes of failures and recommend solutions
- Review and assist in determining the extent of damage and repairs of warranty claims from distributors
- Standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support
- Provide trainining to dealers
job requirement
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering
- Able to travel for work assignment (about 30% regional / APAC)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in assemble & repair for marine generator
- Knowledge of power generation products, electrical and control system will be a plus
- Prior electrical and control experience with various control system (John Deere ECU and KDI ECU) will be a plus
- Willing to work in the West of Singapore ( Boon Lay / Joo Koon)
