about the job
This role is responsible for the distributorship management of the SEA and North Asia market to achieve sales goals and optimize operational expenses in untapped consumer markets.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for a range of critical tasks that include:

  • Delivering annual sales and contribution target by partnering closely with distributors to develop sales strategy and annual sales plans
  • Assessment of current distributors, recruitment of new distributors in the territories assigned to ensure that they meet the company's financial goals.
  • Liaising with key accounts, major projects and key partners
  • Being the source of contact/reference for product info, applications and sales queries from customers
  • Contributing to market intelligent function proactively by monitoring competition in the industry
  • Being very well verse in consumer channels including retail/pharmacies and e-commerce platforms.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will manage the business of the organization within the region to develop a highly effective consumer channel partner network.

skills & experience required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing within the consumer health or consumer industry. You are adept with marketing analytics and comfortable working in a global matrix organization.
