You will be responsible for developing and driving the marketing strategies for the APAC region.
Initiate new innovation project ideas and track the progress, as well as develop sales and go-to-market strategies in the region.
Working closely with both global and regional teams to ensure the market strategies are aligned. You need to adapt the development and execution of the growth strategies to the region, working in collaboration with Sales, Technical and R&D teams.
In collaboration with the Marketing Communications to develop and support the implementation of the Marketing Communications plans and develop an annual marketing budget plan.
Providing input/market intelligence to the sales team to roll out pricing strategy.
about the manager/team
You will work as an individual contributor role and in a team environment. You will report to the Director who sits in Singapore.
skills & experience required
You possess at least a degree in business or related majors with at least 6 years of B2B marketing working experience in the field of the Chemical industry.
You possess strong project management, and effective influencing skills, and are able to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions in the whole APAC region.
You are willing and able to travel internationally for regional meetings, trade shows, etc.
