about the job
As the Regional Marketing Manager of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Developing business strategies to meet sales targets which are consistent with overall business objectives.
Work collaboratively with HQ company to implement strategies, metrics, and tactics at a regional level.
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company's sales performance across different products and regions, and provide insights into the factors causing underperformance, as well as recommend effective strategies to address them.
Enhance the company's Market Intelligence by conducting extensive research on market data, collecting relevant information, and conducting thorough Keystone data analysis to provide actionable insights.
Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends in company sales by product and country, and collaborate with stakeholders to devise effective strategies for improving sales performance. Additionally, contribute to Market Intelligence efforts by conducting thorough research and analysis of industry trends and market data.
Providing short term and long term market forecasts to the commercial team.
Developing and leading the regional marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
Developing the pricing strategy that helps to optimize company profits and market share.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Monitoring and evaluating marketing program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be working closely with regional commercial teams, marketing teams and distributor partners.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 5 years of marketing experience within the medical device business. Candidates with dental industry experience are preferred.
