about the job
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will be part of a team to support Organisational Design (OD) activities, including but not limited to:
- Manage activities related to People Operating Model, Job analysis, Organisation structure, Job descriptions, through evaluation and designing
- Support in projects relating to resolving HR-business problems, such as compensation and benefits competitiveness and structure review, by partnering closely with internal stakeholders such as the HR team to develop and analyse potential solutions using data analytics and data mining, and proposing recommendations
- Support internal research and knowledge sharing, by reviewing internal and market data, to review current and future business requirements
- Manage internal systems and processes, support change management
- Any other ad-hoc OD duties as assigned

- 5 day work week, hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
- Office location: CBD-East, Singapore
- Candidates available to start on short notice preferred but not a requirement
skills and experience required
- Experience or education in organisational design/ HR or engineering
- Experience working in consulting firms would be advantageous but not a requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
