MNC banking firm is seeking for an enthusiastic Regional Payroll Specialist (3 months contract to perm) to join their dynamic team. Located strategically in Singapore, the organization’s increased commitment to its employees and has raised a new role. They offer attractive package salary $58000max per month + attractive benefits.

About the job

You will be the first point-of-contact for all payroll matters and taking ownership to ensure timely and accurate full processing of payroll for 250++ staffs. You will be responsible for maintaining of the HR system and also compensation and benefits administration. You will work closely with all levels to ensure timely and accurate processing of pay matters, with also keeping abreast of any changes within the Singapore statutory requirements and ensuring compliance is adhere accordingly. Your role will also include but not limiting to the following:

  • Participate in annual budgeting process
  • Taxation matters; tax reporting, submission
  • Administering & submission of government surveys on labour market, annual wage change or any ad-hoc surveys required
  • Process improvements
  • Liaise and work with external auditors to assist in finance reporting
  • Provide support to performance management and compensation exercises including annual salary reviews, bonus payments and shares awards

About the manager

You will report to the Head of HR , working alongside and closely with the HR corporate team for day-to-day operations related to payroll matters. You will find yourself working with an amicable, strong and nurturing business leader who relishes teamwork and takes care of her team.

Skills & experience required

You will be Degree or Diploma qualified in related field of studies and demonstrates at least 4 years of experience preferably in a similar role. Experience in regional payroll is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You should possess the experiences in the full processing of payroll or HR Generalist function with payroll full processing knowledge. You will be someone who is meticulous, organized and good with numbers.
