about the job
As the Regional Product Specialist of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Assist the Regional Sales Manager in developing and supporting the company portfolio to expand business operations.
Develop new markets and business opportunities.
Achieve sales objectives by implementing the strategic plans.
Provide clinical support to distributors, including filling in for cases as needed.
Serve as a liaison for distribution partners by offering technical and clinical solutions to their queries.
Develop marketing plans and programs for each product to increase market share and provide direction for promotional support.
Analyze market data, consulting with internal and external sources, and exploring opportunities for utilizing existing products in new ways.
Provide product demonstrations to the healthcare professional.
Represent the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with specialist and hospital medical teams.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager,, you will be working closely with the sales teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have 2 years of sales and marketing experience in operating theatre/surgical products. Open to experienced nurses who would like to join the commercial world.
