about the job / manager
We are currently looking to hire a Regional Product Trainer! This role will entail you taking part in the exciting change of APAC training, this person will be in charge of integrating the organizational goals (marketing, product, and sales) into efficient training materials and methods that fit the region's business' objective priorities for fostering sales excellence. You will be reporting directly to the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create engaging approaches, programs, and successful product sales training content for an immersive learning experience
- Utilizing digital learning tools and software programs that are most appropriate for APAC learners and driving e-portal learning to promote a continuous learning environment
- Translation of technical jargon into comprehensible friendly sales training content for the sales team
- Ability to create quick videos for product sales training
- Plan and execute high-quality trainings while coordinating with brand and category management on the relevant content and agendas
- Conduct internal and external training programs in-person or online.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
skills and experience required
- Minimum a Degree Holder
- You should ideally have 5 years of relevant sales working experience within the housing manufacturing industry or similar industry
- Travelling is required within APAC region for the training programmes
- Strong business sense, experience coaching in the field, and creation of training materials
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
