1. Client and Key Account relationships management

1.1 Maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Client accounts

1.2 Manage service level satisfaction of assigned Client accounts to ensure follow-through of outstanding issues

1.3 Proactive identification of service needs and value creation

1.4 Manage and maintain Key Accounts relationship

2. Regional & Global project management

2.1 Project Coordination within company network

2.1.1 Liaise with regional own- and third-party depots across multiple geographies to coordinate and provide guidance for multi-country projects throughout all study lifecycles

2.1.2 Provide support for day-to-day operations issues or queries

2.1.3 Issue client specific operational analysis (including KPI data) to understand client’s businesses holistically across the depot network

2.2 Study Implementation & management

2.2.1 Attend, oversee and control handover process for new projects from Sales Team to Project Management team

2.2.2 Draft and review operational documents to govern study conduct

2.2.3 Manage and oversee all aspect of regional study implementation including but not limited to SAP master data setup, roll-out of study, training, coordinating international shipments, and project management of stakeholders including Depots, Sponsors, CROs, Clients.

2.2.4 Lead team of central project managers to address all aspects of a multi-country studies

2.2.5 Act as mentor and go-to point for clients and company’s in-country project managers

2.2.6 Coordination of international shipments, requests for material sourcing, repackaging & relabelling, project review and ad-hoc calls.

3. Implement network wide processes- & best practices for Good Project Management

3.1 Enhance existing processes and issue new SOP’s

3.2 Continuously benchmark company's Clinical Reach processes against Industry best practice to identify areas of new value creation

3.3 Ensure efficient and lean processes by driving standardization

4. Invoicing, Billing & Study Budget Monitoring

4.1 Ensure timely receipt and issuance of Vendor and Client invoices at month’ end by liaising with in-country depots and overseeing regional & global project management team

4.2 Cross-functional liaising with Finance team on invoicing discrepancies, on-time invoicing, SAP billing codes, etc

4.3 Cross-functional liaising with Business Development team on project rate card, billing instructions, etc

4.4 Maintain an effective system to manage study budgets and initiate Change Order process

4.5 Ensure adherence to contractual requirements for all clients by engaging with Legal

4.6 Request stats and reports from relevant departments to identify invoicing accuracy performance, knowledge gaps and training needs at country level in order to increase invoice accuracy performance

5. Leadership

5.1 Manage staff related aspects including resource planning, staff progression, staff appraisal, staff retention

5.2 Provide direct leadership to Regional & Global-, and function leadership to Local (In-Country) Project Management teams

5.3 Identify talents within and outside the organization to support the growth of company's Clinical Reach Project Management

6. Compliance to ISO, GMP/GDP/GCP Guidelines

6.1 Adhere to ISO procedures, local authority regulatory guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) / Good Distribution Practice (GDP) / Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as well as company's Regional Quality Assurance (RQA) guideline on clinical trial management

7. Others

7.1 Undertaking any other projects as may be assigned from time to time.


1. Required educational level

Minimum Degree

2. Required working experience

  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience in clinical trial industry, CRO or clinical logistics management.
  • At least 3 year of leadership experience managing a team of projects coordinators or project managers
  • Has worked in clinical operations environment or CRO industry or hospital clinical trial environment
  • Good working knowledge of SAP system
