Job description
Reporting to the Public Relations & Comms Lead based in Singapore, the person is responsible for :
- To lead, execute and own all aspects of Public Relations & Communications for Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand markets that align with the region’s business priorities
- Drive traffic to stores and build on initiatives to secure new client acquisition
- Evaluate the performance of marketing activities and to inform business decisions with data driven insights
- Plan & manage country marketing budget and close monitoring of expenses
- Collaborate with external Public Relations and agency networks to ensure resources and expertise is streamlined in the most efficient manner possible
Marketing & Events
- Plan and execute all country marketing, events and brand amplification activities
- Provide timely reporting to the planning and execution of communications and events related strategies and activities
- Dynamic Digital media planning and analysis- selection of suitable platforms, leveraged media buys, negotiation of preferential rates and positioning, campaign evaluation and analysis
- To secure and ensure the successful amplification of all seasonal assets on partner platforms
- Drive and embed the corporate identity and ensure all communication materials are brand compliant
Public Relations
- Lead localised Public Relation strategies for Digital, Social, Print including preparation of releases and materials, managing press queries and seeding activities
- Develop the entertainment and communications strategies on new digital media platforms including TikTok, Instagram etc.
- Analyse and identify opportunities to further storytelling ambitions in all media coverage received
- Own and manage all local media and talent relations
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of Public Relations and communications experience within the luxury fashion industry with at least 1 year in a people management role
- Shown ability to build and successfully drive public relations strategies and communications campaigns
- Excellent project management & communication skills; resourceful and creative yet always organized and productively sound in marketing strategies with strong attention to details
- Passionate about digital media and is up to dates with a great network of media and creative industry contacts
