about the job
We are currently looking to hire a Regional Public Relations & Events Specialist to join the Public Relations & Events team! You will be primarily responsible for leading the brand's business priorities and direction. The scope will include the regional markets, and regular communications with the HQ team. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams from the digital, operations, and marketing departments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with launching new products and taking on Public Relations events.
- Execute results-driven regional public relations campaigns and programs in close coordination with a range of internal and external stakeholders to enhance public and media perceptions of the brand.
- Communicate with stakeholders to arrange and oversee involvement in international media events.
- Assist with submission of stories and arranging of interviews with the media.
- Create materials like pitches and important messages for media representatives and spokespeople.
- Review press releases and media material intended for public distribution.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
skills and experience required
- You should ideally have some internship experience in events management or Public Relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment.
