My client is a well established and growing organization which provides consultancy services and sustainability related services in many areas. They have collaborated with many large and international brands in diverse industry sectors, providing them with innovative solutions in tackling sustainability challenges. They are currently looking to hire for an experienced and motivated individual to join the APAC recruitment team.

about the job
You will undertake the role of a Regional Recruiter. You will oversee the end to end function of Recruitment - from sourcing, screening, evaluating, delivering to offer management etc. You wiill be liaising with stakeholders across APAC. You would also be implementing effective recruitment strategy to hire qualified professionals for the organization. You will manage the candidate process well and ensure positive candidate experiences. You will make use of innovative sourcing methods to build up strong talent pipeline.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Head of Recruitment.

skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Candidates from agency background are highly encouraged to join. This would be a good opportunity for you to move into an internal position and to work for a great environmetnal leader within an exciting industry. You should be highly familiar with the ful suite of Recruitment function. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. You'll be an independent individual who is able to take on different challenges.
