An ambitiously growing organization, my client has grown massively over the years and is one of the leading players within the Professional Services market. They are a partner of choice for many organizations and delivers innovative solutions to their clients. They are currently expanding the TA Team and looking for a dynamic individual to join as a Regional Recruiter. This role will start off as a 6 months contract role and there is extension/conversion opportunities.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Regional Recruiter, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Managing the end to end spectrum of Talent Acquisition function; from sourcing, screening, selection, interviewing, offer management etc.
  • Hire for a diverse range of roles - from consultants to corporate function positions.
  • You would be responsible for attracting and screening qualified candidates to present to hiring managers for potential employment, as well as updating and maintaining an applicant track system.
  • Make use of innovative sourcing channels to attract and identify both active and passive job seekers.
  • Providing strategic advices to business stakeholders on process improvements and implementations.
  • Take part in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations


about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the Head of TA and work in a team of 6.

skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified with preferable qualifications in HRM or any related field of studies and demonstrate at least 4 years of experience. Candidates who have experience working in an agency and wishes to move into an inhouse role are highly encouraged to apply. You will posess strong knowledge and understanding of the different recruitment trends and methodologies. You will also be someone who is highly adaptable and able to work well under a fast paced environment. Other than the mentioned, you will be someone who possesses strong stakeholder management skills.
