about the company
My client is a top global renowned organization in its field of work.

about the job

You will manage the end to end recruitment for the company, and your job scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Managing candidate pipeline through various sourcing strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership team to advise and recruit for talents that meet business needs
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders such as hiring managers, internal HR team, recruitment agencies
  • Managing recruitment programmes, data and reports through the system/ database


skills and experience required
You should come with at least 5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience, preferrably from the professional services industry. You must be equipped with excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and good analytical skills to drive internal decisions and shape recruitment activities. You must have a 'can-do' attitude, highly adaptable and innovative to come up with new ideas to attract talents.
