About the role
You will be handling the full spectrum of risk and compliance for the region. You will take care of the compliance program which includes the anti-corruption program. You will design the program and then roll it out to the region. You will help the entities to implement the program, develop communication plans and participate in sessions to drive good practices. You will manage the IT applications supporting the program and work closely with regional finance teams to reinforce the compliance and controls. You will ensure 3rd parties due diligence checks, animate the corruption risk mapping process with the entities. You will drive the ethics community. You will continuously improve the performance and the compliance of these processes. You will set the KPIs to manage risk and compliance. You will monitor the global performance of the program and conduct continuous monitoring.
skills and experience required
You should ideally possess more than 6 years of experience in risk management and compliance. Prior experience doing anti-corruption and ethic program will come as a strong advantage for this role. You are strong in risk management and have operated in a regional capacity before. Good knowledge of Corruption Prevention laws and practices is needed for this role. You are strong in communication and is able to work in a fast paced environment.
