Our client is a Global firm with a highly-established reputation. It has dedicated its focus to deliver the highest quality of products to consumers. They are looking for an enthusiastic, career driven go-getter to join the team in driving the expansion of the firm. The individual will also lead and support their business and go-to-market efforts across the region i.e. South East Asia.
Reporting to the Managing Director based in Singapore - the Sales Development Manager will be responsible for contributing to the development of the regional growth, devising medium and long-term strategies to facilitate the mission and vision of the firm. The individual will be part of the team in achieving the targets by building strategic relationships with distributors.
- Plan & develop business strategy for region assigned accordance to the organisation's directions
- Pro-actively identify and propose business opportunities where available
- Developing new accounts and establishing long-term relationships with key decision makers and distributors
- Analyse and aggregate campaign results into retrospective presentations
- Develop innovative strategies to maximise results and identify shortfalls in the process
- Devising monthly sales targets and driving the process for negotiations and management
- Working closely with various departments in ensuring that the distributors are well-trained

- Highly Entrepreneurial driven role
- Min. 5 years in a Business Development role with strong project management skills
- HVAC experience will be preferred
- Experienced in managing distributor partners
- Ideally with connections managing the residential, industrial and commercial sectors
- Attractive commission scheme
- 20% travelling to assigned markets
