- Sales plans to be in place for every sales person and every OpCo and ensure these are aligned with the Regional Sales Plan
- Ensure a robust and standardized orders and sales forecasting process is in place
- Develop sales excellence networks outside of SEA, benchmark best practices across other
OpCos in APAC - Lead the implementation of specific Regional Sales Excellence initiatives with the OpCos’ Sales
Excellence Drivers(SEDs) - Work with each OpCo team with the prioritisation of Sales Excellence building blocks
necessary to deliver their 3-year plan - Provide support for marketing activities in SEA and provide technical support for OpCos in
SEA etc
Jobs requirement
- Master / Degree / Diploma qualification
- Prior Sales excellence / improvement experience environment
- Work experience in steam solutions / Peristaltic Pumpswill be a plus
- Direct sales / sales management experience
- Good understanding of B2B environment
- Able to travel to overseas for work assignment (Minimum of 30% travel within APAC)
- Willing to work in east area of Singaporea (Bedok / Expo / Tampines)
