The Regional Sales Force Effectiveness Manager will play a crucial role in maximizing the efficiency and productivity of salesforce by leveraging Salesforce CRM tools and technologies. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes, drive user adoption, and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, experience in the medical device industry, and a proven track record of driving salesforce effectiveness strategies.
Oversee the administration and configuration of Salesforce CRM to align with business processes and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance salesforce effectiveness, streamline processes, and improve overall sales performance.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and implement best practices for lead generation, opportunity management, and pipeline forecasting.
Analyze sales metrics and provide insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure user proficiency and adoption of Salesforce CRM.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the salesforce team.
Work closely with relevant departments to customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the medical device sales team.
Lead integration projects with other business systems to create a seamless and efficient workflow.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will be working closely with the sales and marketing team.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 5 years of sales force effectivess experience within the medical device business.
