about the company

As the Regional Sales Lead – Asia Pacific, reporting to the Regional Commercial Director – APAC based in Singapore.

Your core role is to develop and deliver an accelerated growth strategy (Sales and P&L metrics) within the APAC countries through working closely with key customers, distributors and the domestic teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) to fully harness all key stakeholders behind the firm’s growth ambitions.


  • Preparation and execution of the business development and marketing strategy to deliver executional and financial performance goals for the region.
  • Build businesses from scratch in key markets by identifying and appointing the best distribution partners
  • Maximize the sales of the broad global brand portfolio in every market
  • Management of distributors & evaluate existing distributor performance as well as evaluate potential new distributors
  • Prepare yearly Sales and A&P Budgets per distributor, with Quarterly Reviews, for the approval of the Export Director
  • Monthly review of all P&L metrics with appropriate planning and interventions put in place to ensure achievement of company goals

skills and experience required

  • Min. 6-12 years experience in key account management – within the APAC, including North Asia industry
  • FMCG background is highly essential for this role

  • Strong distributor experience is most preferred and the preferred candidate must be highly entrepreneurial and numbers driven – strong Commercial acumen
  • Multi-channel experience desirable
  • Good knowledge and experience of marketing and brand building activities
