about the job

You need to continuously drive business growth of the ingredients within ANZ region; develop and carry out the business strategies in both short term and long term; beside managing existing key accounts, you are also responsible for managing distributors in the region.

You need to consistently seeking and identifying potential customers; following up the market trends, market mapping, competition and relevant information.

Working closely with cross functional teams such as supply chain, technical service, R&D, marketing etc to achieve the annual sales budget.

skills and experience required

You will possess at least a degree in food science, business related majors with at least 5 years working experience in sales/ marketing in B2B environment in ANZ.

You need to travel up to 40% to build up the network and meet customers demands.
