about the job

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, based in Singapore, you will get to:

  • Work with the senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sales plans to position the business for growth in short to long term.
  • Leading the sales team by preparing clear performance objectives, provide development and training and set as an positive example to motivate
  • Ensure orderly and efficient operation of sales activities will lead to achievement of objectives within approved expense guidelines.
  • Validate and analyse data provided from the CRM system to ensure appropriate sales metrics are achieved.
  • Maintain regular contact with major hospital, other health care and distributor accounts across the region
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement, initiates alternatives solutions and to drive change.

skills and experience required

  • High Entrepreneurial driven role
  • Min. 10 years in Sales & distributor management experience, with 5 years of managerial experience
  • Regional Experience in Asia - specifically SEA preferred in direct sales management and indirect/export (country distributors)
  • Experience in consumer healthcare is highly preferred
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills complemented with superior communication
