    Regional Sales Manager - SEA (F&B)

    about the role

    Reporting to the Regional Business Unit Head - ASIA, The Regional Sales manager will be responsible for contributing to the development of SEA (SG, VN, TH, Mongolia) through 100% distributor management and his / her role will involve:

    Driving business planning with key partners to achieve top and bottom-line targets in the following areas:

      • Joint business planning and business reviews
      • Sales Channel strategy (brand positioning, brand portfolio, RTM)
      • Key Account management in partnership with distributors
      • Brand portfolio management
      • Sales forecasting
      • A&P management
      • Marketing and Trade marketing plans
      • White space development

    skills and experience required

      • Highly Entrepreneurial driven role / Self Starter mentality

      • Min. 5-6 years in a Regional or local key account management / role within a blue chip FMCG firm (preferably in the Confectionary, F&B sector)

      • Experienced in managing distributor partners / independently managing JBP's.

      • 30-40% travelling to the countries you're in charge of
