about the company

Our client is a world leading company in the field of Safety Diagnostic Solutions. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for their SEA business to be based in Singapore.

about the job

  • You will manage existing Global Key Accounts and Regional Key Accounts to drive the all the commercial activities, develop and expand the business scales.
  • Identifying the potential business opportunities for existing customers and potential new customers. Driving and implementing company strategies to make sure the targets are met.
  • As part of the APAC team, you are responsible for delivering the SEA revenue targets. Therefore, there are a lot of across regional collaboration with cross functional teams as well as with distributors.
  • You will travel frequently in the regional to conduct products presentation, products training program, workshops and seminars. Also you will participate in supporting customers on-site validations and execute experimental protocols to gain qualifications and order success. Requirements

about the manager/team

  • You will be part of the regional sales team and reporting to the Managing Director for APAC.


skills & experience required

  • You must have a minimum Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Biomedical Science or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience in sales, key account management, channel management as well as business development in SEA region.
  • You need to have strong knowledge of different working cultures in this region, able to build a strong relationship with both customers and distributors.
  • You should have a good understanding of the testing business in Singapore or have a strong network in the food manufacturing industries .
  • Due to the nature of the business, high frequency of traveling is expected.
