Our client is an established global pharmaceutical company with presence in more than 100 countries. Singapore is the regional headquarter and they are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join the team in supporting Singapore and Malaysia operations.
about the job
This is a newly created role who will report into the Senior Manager based in Singapore. Working closely with the business stakeholders and HR counterparts located in the region, you will:
- Manage end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, payroll and HR operations
- Point of contact to employees and management for all HR matters
- Partner with payroll vendors to ensure prompt salary payments
- Drive insurance renewals and ensure smooth administration of benefits
- Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support other HR initiatives and regional projects

- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ of HR Generalist experience
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Familiarity with Workday is an added advantage
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Independent and self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and a team player
