Our client is a US Listed enterprise software fortune 100 MNC and a market leader in its field. They are operating in over 30 countries and have a strong presence globally. As part of a succession plan, they are bringing on board a Senior Marketing Director to manage the APAC marketing team.

about the job

Reporting to the Regional CMO and leading a team of over 20 marketing professionals, you will be planning and developing their regional marketing strategy across the APAC region. You will lead teams across corporate communications, demand generation, field marketing and digital marketing functions. Commercially focused, you will also be responsible for ensuring all campaigns are optimized to achieve maximum ROI. As a senior member of the APAC Marketing team, You will be given the autonomy and responsibility to make executive decisions about key strategies and direction in their marketing vision, ultimately impacting sales and revenue growth.

skills & experience required

  • At least 15 years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B Software environment
  • You have experience in working in a matrix organization
  • Asia Pacific regional exposure and even Global is a key advantage
  • Team management experience is required for the role
