    Regional Senior Sales Specialist – SEA Consumer Electronics

    Job description

    Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will help in the developing new channels and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

    • Partner and work closely with distributors in the various countries that you are in charge of
    • Collaborate with country partners to plan sales forecast and budget (sell-in & sell-through)
    • Assist country partners in business negotiation with-in local context to maximize business opportunity in the best interest of the company, as well as developing a profitable business together with the distributors
    • Pro-actively identify and propose business opportunities where available
    • Measure and track country performance in terms of sales growth and market penetration
    • Work cohesively with global product team to identify key product strategies and localize into assigned regions
    • Identify & develop key product training scope with Training Manager for each specific regions.

    The successful applicant

    • Diploma, Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline
    • Minimum 3-5 years of commercial sales / business development experience in the FMCG / Consumer electronics / appliances sector coming from a brand / distributor background.
    • Excellent Commercial & relationship building skills and strong in numbers.
    • 30 -50% Travelling to SEA countries
