about the job

As the field service engineer of the organization, you will effectively:

  • Perform after sales support for company products.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on customer premises and workshop.
  • Make constant efforts to achieve contracts maintenance on time.
  • Feedback quality situation, market dynamics and issues from field to the Service management in his country
  • Make efforts to achieve customer satisfaction and appreciation
  • Provide support to sales and marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops etc.

about the manager/team
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be providing resolutions to incidents, problems and general services enquiries to customers in Singapore.

skills & experience required
To be successful in this role, you possess adequate medical engineering background in the form of hardware and software installation and configuration, to comprehend basic workflow and interactions between applications relevant to hospital medical equipment used in large companies.
