A medical devices company focus in surgical medical instruments and imaging equipment is looking for a Regional Service Manager.

about the job

As the Regional Service Manager of the organization, you are effectively required to:

Effectively leading on service team to ensure achieve on team objectives and service goals.

In-depth knowledge on company products and industry standards.

Support sales team with the intensive technical product knowledge.

Provide technical training and guidance to the appointed distributors.

Carry out troubleshooting and maintenance work if needed.

about the manager/team

You will be reporting to the General Manager, you will work with the service team to support the customers in the region.

Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you should possess 7 years of technical service experience with leadership experience in medical equipment service industry.
