As the Regional Service Operations Manager of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Oversee the service operations in the APAC region, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
Lead and manage a high-performing service team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes excellence and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for service expansion and enhancement.
Develop and implement training programs for service personnel to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will be working closely with the sales, marketing, supply chain, customer service and quality team.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 8 years of service operations experience within the medical device business.
