Our client is a well established cryptocurrency exchange. They are currently operating in the APAC region with headquarters based in Singapore. Due to the ongoing expansion plans, they are looking for a high calibre Regional Head of Marketing to join them.
about the job
You will look over end to end Talent acquisition function in supporting the growth of the business and overlook all the day to day HR operational matters to support the SG and regional office. You will also develop the people’s agenda for growing, retaining and engaging the talents across the business in a regional capacity. You will be optimizing and scaling day-to-day HR Ops and be a trusted and credible ‘go to’ HR personnel. Your scope includes but not limited to:
- HR Operations;
- Work passes application
- On-boarding and Off-boarding, P-filing
- Payroll checking and verification
- Provide advices on performance management matters; salary reviews etc
- Full recruitment cycle;
- sourcing of candidates
- Drafting of JDs and job posting in various online recruitment platform
- Partnering the various line managers to understand hiring needs, managing expectations and providing advices on the talent landscape for both local and regional hiring
- Familiar with various social media platforms to attract talent and promote employer branding

about the team
Reporting to the HRD based out of SG in China, you will partner the other HRBPs in the SG entity and work closely alongside with them in growing the business.
skills and experience required
You will be Degree/Diploma qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the Fintech/Financial services industry verticals. Strong in recruitment will be a definite advantage that will place you a league above others. Candidates with RPO experience in the banking/E-commerce and/or Fintech industry would make a potential fit for this role. You will be someone who believes in teamwork, able to work in a fast pace environment and think on your feet when faced with ambiguity/challenges on the ground. You will also be someone who is versatile in handling people of all demographic backgrounds and corporate levels. Due to business need, conversant in mandarin is a mandate for this role.
