Our client is Financial Services MNC, currently recruiting for a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 months contract) to join the regional Talent Acquisition team.

Reporting to the Regional TA Lead, you will support regional TA activities including but not limited to:
- Full cycle recruitment process for APAC offices (5 countries), advising business leaders on strategy and processes for each role and location
- Use a variety of sourcing tools and techniques to effectively source and evaluate talents in the market, conduct interviews and assessment on talents
- Partner with key stakeholders to influence talent decisions and strategies, manage offer negotiation
- Implement recruitment programmes and processes, analyse industry information such as salary, benefits and employment practices to suggest to the management

- 5 day work week, hybrid working
- Office location: CBD, Singapore
- Immediately available/ short notice preferred
skills and experience required
- Experience in managing regional end to end recruitment processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to manage relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
