    Our client is a Fortune 500 MNC that is an industry leader globally, renowned for their portfolio of consumer products and strong people culture. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to work closely with the HR Director to lead their in-house recruitment and people agenda.

    about the job
    Reporting into the Regional HR Director based in Singapore, you will manage a team of 2 in-house recruiters and support the business stakeholders across your assigned markets. In addition, you will:

    • Develop and implement effective in-house talent acquisition strategies in line with company's goals and objectives
    • Be the Brand Ambassador for the company; establish a strong employer branding for the organisation via communication to potential future employees during the recruitment process
    • Manage all end-to-end recruitment processes for senior level hires and niche positions
    • Drive behaviourial based interview techniques across the leadership team; coaching relevant stakeholders on effective interviewing and communication skills, sharing talent insights and industry trends
    • Partner effectively with external search agencies, job boards, universities, and/or other relevant organisations to support other channels of recruitment
    • Work closely with the Regional HR Director to identify and develop appropriate matrices and measurement tools to support the recruitment analytics and calculation of ROIs


    skills and experience required

    • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
    • Min. 8 years' experience in talent acquisition, ideally within both an in-house and agency environment
    • Experience with regional markets is a plus
    • Strong communication and influencing skills, track record in supporting senior stakeholders on their business needs
    • Able to work well with minimum supervision, results-driven and takes ownership and accountability
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
    • Ability to work and communicate comfortable with employees of all levels
    • Familiar with HR and recruitment tools such as WorkDay, ATS, Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
