As a Regional TA Manager, you will set the vision, strategy and road map to deliver high quality Talent Acquisition functions across the SEA region.
- Define sourcing plans and programs to effectively and efficiently meet the business manpower requirements
- Design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, creating and implementing tactics to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization
- Developing and driving the talent acquisition strategy and delivery for the company in collaboration with business executives, hiring managers, and HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, programs, procedures, processes, and metrics in order to provide outstanding experience to our internal stakeholders and candidates
- Maintain proactive contact and network development, as well as market intelligence, industry practices, and other prospects
skills and experience required
To qualify, you should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines. You should have at least 8-10 years of expertise in talent acquisition, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing background. Experience with TA global projects is advantageous.
