Our client is a gaming development company headquartered in Singapore. As part of their expansion plans, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their growth.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible in handling the end-to-end talent acquisition needs of the company including:-

Working closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers on the company’s recruitment needs
Designing and implementing overall talent acquisition strategy
Collaborating with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions
Sourcing and recruit candidates via different channels including posting to job portals, searching candidate databases, marketing on social media and collaboration with universities
Screening, assessing and interviewing candidates, utilising reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods
Upholding the best practices in the recruitment and selection processes, maintaining and updating relevant documentation and data
Leading employer branding initiatives, acting as a point of contact to foster candidate relationships and maintain a strong talent pipeline

skills and experience required

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience hiring in hiring across technical and corporate functions,
Experience in recruiting for different regions across APAC and Europe will be a huge advantage
Candidates working within an agency or in-house roles will be considered
In-depth knowledge of best full-cycle sourcing and recruiting practice
Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews, assessments and selection processes including psychometric test and competency based tests
Organised, collaborative and resourceful, with good stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
Proficient in recruiting software and HRIS or HRMS systems
