If you are someone who is looking to take the next step up in a regional training capacity and you have at least 8 to 12 years of sales leadership background or grooming sales leaders in the bank, you will be able to make a difference and help drive the L&D strategy across the insurer's bank partners.

The candidate will be expected to travel extensively and work across a portfolio of countries assigned to him. This role will be key to developing the current and next generation of sales leaders for the insurer's bank partners.
