Our client is a renowned Beauty & Fragrance company boasting a great family culture and learning environment.

about the job

As the Regional Training Manager, you will be responsible for driving learning and training initiatives within the company across multiple beauty & fragrance brands, strengthen product knowledge within the sales floor and drive sales across the region. You will review global training materials and tailor into local training materials and conduct workshops. You will also work closely with the commercial team to develop training strategy and planning.

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent training credentials
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience within beauty or fragrance industry
  • Able to develop training materials for retail sales staffs
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, prior sales experience would be an advantage
  • Effective communication skills
  • Able to travel (when situation permits)
