    Our client is a leading food ingredients manufacturing company looking for a highly motivated Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join the team


    about the job
    As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist for the organization, you are required to

    • Generate and coordinate regulatory documents to relevant authorities and assist in product registrations in the required regions
    • Assess the regulatory market and obtain solutions to address any upcoming patent concerns
    • Assess and execute food safety and quality standards of the company’s products in accordance with regulatory requirements
    • Perform regular reporting and updates on regulatory developments, and assist in audits relevant to food safety and quality
    • Establish and maintain relationship with relevant departments to ensure timely updates of regulatory information
    • Assist in the company’s new product development teams to provide input and expertise on regulatory requirements of completed products
    • Prepare and delivery food safety training and quality assurance to relevant stakeholders
    • Generate standard operating procedure (SOP) documents and assist in the upkeep of Food Safety and QMS related documents


    skills and experience required

    • To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry related disciplines, preferably with minimum 2 years of related work experience
    • Experienced with food safety and quality regulations for SEA/APAC regions
    • Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills
    • A team player who possesses good communication skills
