Lead regulatory streams for business or technology projects
Perform regulatory impact assessments of new regulations
Drive the regulatory assessment on new technology or business solutions
Work with internal stakeholders to design compliant processes
Update relevant policies and contracts
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external legal experts and consultants

skills and experience required

>5 years of experience in banking regulatory compliance or legal
Solid understanding of the regulatory landscape in the finance sector in Singapore and Hong Kong
Experience with assessing regulatory impact on business processes and technology
Experience with assessing technology risk management and outsourcing requirements
Experience in project management including Agile project methodology
