Your day to day responsibilities involve:

Support the banking business and support functions on all compliance-related matters
Act as the liaison officer with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), addressing and responding to all queries
Conduct gap analysis of current internal policies and procedures and ensure it is kept up to date with all local as well as Head Office regulations, policies and best practices
Ensure and implement a structured process of documentation and tracking of all regulatory communication
Carry out reporting as mandated and ensure regulatory submissions are completed and fulfilled within timelines
Identify regulatory risks and gaps in internal controls and make recommendations on mitigating these risks

skills and experience required

Bachelors Degree
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant compliance experience within a Banking environment
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
