About the Job
In this position as a Facultative Reinsurance Broker, you will be required to build and maintain a good rapport with clients and underwriters. You will be responsible for preparing new/renewal business proposals and ensure negotiation strategy discussions with the Team Head and assisting with placement of risks in Financial Lines business.
The ideal incumbent will be expected to create new opportunities by actively sourcing additional business from existing portfolios as well as new sources to accelerate revenue growth, identifying new placement and product opportunities in regional markets. This role will require the incumbent to travel up to 4 times a year.
