They are looking to build a team of passionate change-drivers who will work closely with the management team in achieving great customer experience.

    Reporting to the team lead, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for discovering customers’ needs, guiding them and achieving personal targets meted out by the management.

    • Attend to all sales inquiries, prepare quotations and do follow ups.
    • Assist in scheduling and follow up clients’ appointments.
    • Maintaining visual standards and assisting with operational work.
    • Recommend design-focused solutions that are tailored to customers’ requirements (desired style).
    • Building new business prospects and manage the existing sales operations.
    • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

    skills & requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated, competitive, ambitious & adaptable with a result-oriented mind-set.
    • Good analytical and critical thinking skills to analyse and propose potential solutions.
