about the role
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales by engaging with clients, showcasing our clients’ luxury products, and ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience. Your passion for luxury goods, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to meet sales targets will contribute to the success of our brand and help create a loyal customer base.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and building rapport with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of our luxury products, including their features, materials, and craftsmanship, to effectively guide and educate customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice based on clients' preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Maintain a well-presented and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly stocked, displayed, and merchandised to maximize sales potential.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and offer appropriate products and services to exceed their expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding customer preferences, purchase history, and follow-up on potential sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by actively promoting products, up selling, and cross-selling to drive revenue and achieve sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, luxury fashion brands, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and gift card sales, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
skills and experience required
- At least a year of working experience in industries such as retail, hospitality, f&b or even cabin crews.
- Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and comfortable presenting.
- Comfortable with shift work and retail hours
- Big picture orientation with attention to details
- Independent mentality
- Customer-oriented mindset
